The Little Room
The Little Room is an English Adventure, Children's Literature short story by American writer Madeline Yale Wynne. It was first published in 1895. The Little Room is Wynne's best known supernatural tale which features her illustrations, published in Harper's Magazine (1895), and in her collection, The Little Room and Other Stories (1906). Its popularity was revived in 2009, when Peter Straub included it in his anthology of horror, American Fantastic Tales.
